Buy the test through the web or from the app and fill in the shipping information.

2. REGISTER AND COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIRE

Download the ETERNA App, register and complete the questionnaire you will find.

3. RECEIVE THE TEST

You will receive the test within 3-5 days from the date of purchase.
4. ACTIVATE YOUR PRODUCT
Enter in the app the activation code (ID) that you will find on the collection card.
5. REQUEST COLLECTION BEFORE TAKING THE SAMPLE
Always through the app. Choose when you want us to pick up your test.
6. TAKE THE BLOOD SAMPLE
Follow the instructions on the box for proper sample collection. Remember, test the day before you collect your sample.
7. RECEIVE THE RESULTS
Within 1-2 weeks you will be able to visualize your biological age in the app.

The steps are very simple: 1) Purchase the product, 2) Download our app, 3) Create your account, 4) Use the test to extract the sample, 5) Request collection in the app and enter the activation code, and 6) View your results.
You have to make sure that you fully impregnate with the blood drops the circular spaces destined for the collection inside the collection card.
An ideal place to store the test until we pick it up (once you have done it) is in your refrigerator.
Once you have downloaded our app, you will need to add basic demographic data such as age, gender, weight… You will also be asked to complete a questionnaire with information about your lifestyle. You can always modify them by logging into your profile.
Organize the collection as if you had taken the test and deliver it to us. In parallel, you will have to open a ticket in your account explaining the problem encountered and we will contact you.

Tarjeta recolectora

En la propia tarjeta recolectora encontrarás el código de activación (ID) del producto que deberás introducir en tu cuenta personal a la hora de solicitar la recogida de tu test. Aquí se recoge la muestra de sangre presionando con la punta del dedo los espacios circulares que observarás en la tarjeta recolectora.

Tira absorbente

Introduce el cartón de recogida de la muestra, tras dejarlo secar, dentro del sobre para que la muestra no se contamine tras realizar la punción.

Tirita

Tras realizar la punción y haberte limpiado la zona, ponte la tirita para cortar el sangrado y proteger la zona de infecciones.

Toallita desinfectante

Utilízala para desinfectar la zona del dedo donde se hará la punción con la lanceta. Previamente, hay que lavarse las manos para asegurar que la muestra no se contamine.
